These Terms govern use of NORDEX VPN through the Telegram bot @Nordex_vpnproxy_bot and purchase of VPN subscriptions. By using the service or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.
1. Service and contact
NORDEX VPN is the public name of a service providing VPN subscriptions. ProofKit is used as a third-party subscription provider; Telegram and technical infrastructure providers may also be involved. Contact: @NORDEXSupportBot or nordexproxyvpn@gmail.com. The public brand name does not itself identify a separate legal entity.
2. Eligibility
You must use the service lawfully and assess whether local rules apply to your VPN use. If applicable law does not allow you to purchase digital services independently, obtain any required consent from a legal guardian.
3. Plans and payment
The available plan, price, subscription duration, and offer terms are displayed in the bot before payment. Plans and prices may change for future orders. A change does not retroactively alter a paid subscription, except to correct an obvious error or where required by law. Telegram Stars is the planned payment method. An order is treated as paid after Telegram and the bot system confirm successful payment. The subscription is provisioned after payment confirmation and order processing.
4. Provisioning and subscription period
The subscription period and start time are determined by the offer shown before payment. If payment is confirmed but the subscription is not delivered, contact support with order details. Do not publish your subscription link, keys, or connection configuration in public chats or share them with others.
5. Acceptable use
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
- Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized access, attacks, malware distribution, or other unlawful activity.
- Do not interfere with the bot, infrastructure, or provider systems, access another user’s subscription, or bypass technical restrictions.
- You are responsible for protecting your Telegram account and access details.
6. Availability and infrastructure changes
Connection quality depends on your device, operating system, internet provider, network restrictions, Telegram, and third-party providers. Servers, routes, software components, and providers may change for technical, operational, commercial, or legal reasons. Maintenance, temporary outages, and restrictions may be necessary for security or troubleshooting. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular speed, availability on every network, or compatibility with every device. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
7. Refunds and technical issues
If payment is confirmed but a subscription is not created or delivered because of a technical error on the service side, contact support. We will check the order and, if non-delivery is confirmed, arrange a refund through an available Telegram Stars mechanism where technically possible and permitted by platform rules.
If a problem occurs after activation, tell support your device, network, when the problem occurred, and the steps you tried. We will review the case and may troubleshoot, replace connection details, or offer a refund if available. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refunds are also provided where required by applicable law or platform rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. If a payment is still processing, do not pay again before contacting support.
8. Support and complaints
For orders, payments, activation, technical problems, and refunds, contact @NORDEXSupportBot or nordexproxyvpn@gmail.com. Include your Telegram username or ID if known, approximate order time, and a description. Never send your Telegram password, login codes, or full payment credentials.
9. Restriction of access
Access may be temporarily restricted or terminated where there are reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful use, a breach of these Terms, compromised access details, a security threat, or a binding request from a competent authority. Where possible, we will explain the reason unless prohibited by law or unsafe to do so.
10. Third-party providers
The service depends on Telegram, ProofKit, hosting providers, and other technical providers, each governed by its own terms. NORDEX VPN does not fully control external system availability but accepts requests relating to NORDEX VPN orders and subscriptions.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee suitability for a particular purpose, operation on every network, or prevention of every security threat. You are responsible for lawful use and protecting access details. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes
The current version and update date appear on this page. Changes apply to future use and new orders from publication unless stated otherwise. Any legally required notice or consent must be provided.
13. Law and disputes
Mandatory legal rules applicable to the order and parties apply. Contact support first if you want to try to resolve a dispute informally. This does not prevent you from contacting a competent authority or court where allowed by law.

NORDEX VPN is a public service name. These Terms do not disclose the operator’s name or legal status. If applicable law requires seller identification, the brand and contact details alone may not be sufficient.
